	5% discount available paying 6 months in advance
	10% discount available paying 12 months in advance
	Storage Containers are the most economical way to store, though where regular access is required a storage room is recommended

	Rent is payable monthly in advance and a deposit is required equal to one week’s rent
	7 days notice is required to vacate
	There is no charge incurred for depositing or removing goods from our warehouse
